(change is hard) - It is a rock solid business that's been around for more than 70 years. (which has it strengths and legacy mindset) - Signs of change and some new leadership are giving hope for a revival and new mindset.

- It is expensive to live in the area and pay needs to be adjusted to reflect this. - Flexibility for hourly employees isn't horrific and much of the previous negative comments are from staff not accustomed to what most businesses would consider normal expectations. (change is hard) - The facilities are still overdue for improvements, and this is contributing to some negative morale. (some improvements have happened, more needed) - Change takes time and it not everyone agrees, so that's a reality to consider as Moss undergoes a shift in culture to adapt to the world around it.
