The various teams within the organization must each receive permission from the CEO before having any communication internally. - CEO/Owner is too whimsical in making decisions. Was hired to build out finance team but CEO decided after three months that he no longer desired to have a finance function. Not a performance or cash flow decision. Just the whim of the CEO. Immediate termination. No severance. Not the type of leadership style that says I care about those who are supporting my vision.
