-Absolutely no raises. -Absolutely no training. -Absolutely no set procedures. -Absolutely unstable environment, things change overnight (and not for the better). -Absolutely a revolving door, only a hand full seem committed longterm. Support has one person that bails out the entire department (we all kNow who it is).
