You have to have good time management and discipline to have a good work life balance. - Sales is very competitive -The industry is undergoing a shift and the executive team either lacks change management skills, or the willingness to execute them. A lot of sloppy process changes that got trickled down to regional/local managers, and often they are at bandwidth.
