Motiv is very customer and employee centric, making sure that the employees are happy to ensure that our customers are also happy. The entire executive team is unlike any other I have worked with in my career - always striving to improve the company, the processes, the people, and the technology. We are growing fast and will continue to see the business grow and succeed into the future. Positive hiring process, thorough onboarding, weekly 1:1s with directors and open door with all executives, daily standups with ALL Motiv staff, great benefits, bonuses, and a strong culture. You have the option to working remotely (most are 100% remote with occasional optional office visits.

I could mention one or two cons, but the only ones I can think of are currently being addressed. This is just how Motiv works - if there are issues, they get resolved by the entire executive team coming together with the entire Motiv team to solve problems.
