It's simple - they do not pay their employees commissions on sales. They still owe me and many other people at the company commission payments from Q4 of 2021 not to mention payment for other aspects of the commission payment plan which they call "true-up". If you work at AgileThought, expect no payment according to the terms of your employment contract. Even if you have emails from leadership telling you that you will be paid. Read the 10K before you interview and do yourself a favor - don't work for AgileThought.

Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
