      The company that was once AgileThought is no more. Since the acquisition, it's become less about the culture and more about the final dollar. Team management is poor, new engagements fall through faster than they're found, and all the previous founders of the company are no longer there.

      There are still some good people there.

      Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
