Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. While we appreciate all opinions, we feel this review presents a very one-sided and inaccurate reflection of both the role and the company culture at MotorEasy.
We pride ourselves on providing support, training, and development opportunities to all employees, particularly during probation periods. In this specific case, extensive guidance, coaching, and regular feedback were provided throughout employment. Expectations around attendance, punctuality, performance, and accuracy were clearly communicated, along with support to help improve in these areas.
Unfortunately, the concerns raised here omit important context. The individual’s employment ended during probation following repeated issues relating to attendance, lateness, and work quality, despite ongoing support from management. Decisions of this nature are never taken lightly and are made fairly and professionally following internal processes.
We are naturally disappointed to see personal accusations directed at colleagues and management, especially as they do not reflect the experiences of the overwhelming majority of our team. Many of our employees have progressed internally, built long-term careers here, and continue to contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.
MotorEasy operates in a fast-paced industry where accountability, teamwork, and professionalism are important. Constructive feedback is part of helping people succeed, and most employees value the support and development they receive.
We encourage potential applicants to look at the broader picture across all reviews and speak to current team members directly rather than relying on isolated comments made shortly after a probationary dismissal.
