Awful culture driven by an incompetent and elitist leadership group across the Australian business. Disgraceful and appalling treatment of some very talented and wonderful people by management and as a result there has been heavy staff turnover in the last couple of years. Very little opportunity to grow within the business and lots of micromanagement. The Sydney and Melbourne office space is quite pathetic for a tier 1 consultant, very dated & depressing which makes the atmosphere even worse. Very negative approach to upskilling and training staff. Inflexible working hours. Honestly some of the most miserable times in my entire life were a result of the conditions and culture at Mott MacDonald Australia.
