None. Total mess. Was told one thing before I was brought on and quickly found out that none of it was true.
Svantaggi
I actually left a job and turned down another long term contract to take this job, big mistake. This is a top-down environment, an "old-boys" club while they tout their inclusion and diversity, utter nonsense, the title of my supervisor was completely perfunctory and titular, they had no power and were completely under the beckon call of the main leader of this division of MM. I have decades of experience working for high end ad agencies, visual groups, large retail environments and all with great success; including their main competition, who all highly recommend me and have nothing but good things to say about my work. That meant nothing in the position and title I was given, was of no value at MM. Completely behind in the way they do things. Zero vision, and letting me go was completely on a personal level, the big boss just didn't like me. I was hired to lead, I had no say-so in any of these matters, and was not allowed to do what the position described at all. Total sham. I was also told by the big boss how they "really liked" the person I was working under, which I found very unprofessional as it seemed kind of a non-platonic quip, and warning to any kind of threat I might pose in that regard, as he took them out to dinner, which was just ridiculous. I was continuously told how they were having a hard time retaining people, now I know why. Sick, so much wrong with it. I worked in the U.S. division where and to which they're having a hard time building up and retaining employees. No mystery to that now. Many of the other folks there are on work visas from the EU and all want to be in the U.S. so they just do as they're told and their titles are generally titular with no real leadership, as their jobs with MM dictate whether they can live in and work in the U.S. Glad I'm gone, the job was terrible.
