Management is not properly organized.Was given many tasks that would go to overhead and without pay.Few coworkers are cooperative and help with the tasks.There was no proper organization and planning on assigning tasks and even after several requests,not many bothered to give work.Timesheet entry is very strict and they always tried to limit my hours on project and charge the extra hours to overhead
