Very UK centric processes. Some of which can severely hamper the progress of certain projects. Feels like a ping pong ball of constant back and forth. But this is due to the nature of the timezones Some processes can be too rigid to venture too far beyond into the realms of innovation, though people are generally quite receptive to new ideas. Just the official policies and processes take a long time.
