New age developer who think out of the box. I was encouraged to develop and keep hungry. They only want the best people so you can expect to be working with some very clever people hardworking people which makes you raise your game. There was always a personal touch from the top too. MD would call you up and see how you were getting on and thank you for your work. He knew everyone’s name and what they were contributing. The company as a whole wants to do the right thing and build quality for its customers. Simple but affective.

Not a lot really looking back. I would definitely want to work for them again in the future if the opportunity arose.

A forward thinking company dedicated to the cultural aspect as well as business element. I felt trusted straight away, believed in, supported in every way when needed, encouraged to have confidence in myself, my thoughts, my decisions and actions, feel part of a team, cared about as an individual person as well as an employee. Made to feel assured every step of the way that there's been progress being made and to feel like I'm good enough. Everybody here has been so welcoming but also work hard and really take care to navigate situations in the best most productive way thinking from all angles. Every day I feel like I want to be more at Mount Anvil for myself and my team.

The role itself was very new to me so there is a lot to learn and its not been easy, but with the help and support I'm happy to be testing myself with new skillsets and tasks, without this kind of support and kindness I would have certainly struggled immensely.
