-The Technology is the worst in the metropolitan area. -No planning past 2-3 months. -The lower level of the corporation takes a huge weight of the company and whatever mistakes or lack of planning upper management makes. -Constantly decreasing wages, benefits and personnel of the lower levels, effectively making them work more and harder for less. -Faith based - which means it's full of bias and values that they don't follow.
