The Sponsored Project Finance team suffers from a highly inefficient and micromanaged culture. Leadership is rarely involved in the actual production of work, yet heavily scrutinizes employee time and time-off requests. While the 29 days of PTO sounds great on paper, actually using it is incredibly difficult; management frequently delays approvals until the absolute last minute. Additionally, despite workflows being entirely digital, the manager insists on a highly inefficient process of printing out digital documents to hand-write comments, which employees must then manually input back into the computer.
