Everyone here is a problem solver, where we're all constantly learning from each other. It's a big company, but it feels like a startup with a close-knit family. The product provides an immense amount value, and suggestions for improvements are always welcomed and some may even get implemented quicker than you expected. The people at Mouseflow is what makes the company even more enjoyable to be a part of.

- Management is treating external consultants and ChatGPT like they are preaching the words of god instead of listening to long time employees with in-depth knowledge of the topics at hand. - The reporting structure is defined but unclear in practice, with multiple managers assigning work, each presenting their assignments as the highest priority. - High levels of misogyny with no anonymous way to share grievances (hence this review). - Frequent shifts in direction have made the company's current focus unclear.
