Vantaggi
Movable Ink hired me when I was 9 months pregnant and about to go on leave, which I think already says a lot about a company. They were extremely gracious and flexible about weird starting circumstances and have handled every interaction since the same way (ex: gaps in childcare, new manager, lockdown, health issues)
I'm a few months in now and I can't believe how collaborative, helpful, and nice everyone is. This is particularly surprising and refreshing in a sales org. People have really gone out of their way to make me and the rest of our little remote team feel welcomed, supported, and looped in.
I was very nervous about starting a new job after maternity leave and in a remote country where I wouldn't be able to meet anyone, but I'm so happy I did.
It's really fun to be on a winning team that's breaking quarterly records, but it's even better to be on a team full of such warm and kind people. Movable Ink takes their company culture very seriously (not just something they say to get onto best-places-to-work lists) and it shows by how happy people are to work here.
Svantaggi
There's a lot to learn about the product & landscape, so the ramp period might be slower than other companies. It's taking me a while to get my head around everything.
The interview process is kind of gruelling, but it is nice knowing you're working with other people who have been held to a high standard.
