Careless place of employment and driven by ego.
There is a huge turnover (I mean huge; the company has a completely different set of people compared to, for example, a year ago) due to a lack of professionalism and growth. It paints this picture of a really progressive workplace run by people who know their stuff—but it's just not true.
And I have to emphasise again- does not care about their employees at all.
The Glassdoor rating does not reflect what it is like working here; it is far too high. If you are interviewing here, keep your eyes out for the red flags.
