Being a part of company that is defining a new market is truly exciting and inspiring. +Senior leadership takes a direct, hands-on approach, to ensuring company success and growth. +High level of transparency between senior team and employee base through weekly and monthly team-wide check ins. +Strong team player mentality, is necessary for success -- this is not the company for those who prefer to be individual contributors or work in a silo. +Cross team collaboration is encouraged by management, this includes across markets as well as business units. +Operational excellence is held in very high accord for all employees, regardless of their position in the organization.
