money is pretty good. plus you get tips alot of the time. the guys i work with are cool.

the owner always be change his mind on stuff. The managers change too much because they are either fired or let go. we talk about alot of ideas to make things better but nothing ever change. i dont feel like he understands what we have to do everyday. he doesnt care about us just about the customer. some guys try to talk to him about the jobs but he doesnt really care. all the good people have left. we dont get no insurance but he said we would.

Pay is a bit better than other companies, though you will still get overworked and scammed on overtime or per diem sometimes if you're not paying attention.

Like almost every moving company, they will hire just about whoever and say yes to any ridiculous job so you will have good days, okay days, and hellish nightmare days because they are stretching themselves thin to justify their overhead. Not the worst moving company in town you could work for though if you are a grown up and can negotiate a bit better pay for yourself
