You will never be bored at MoveHQ. There's always something new to develop or code to improve. You're always growing and learning. This is an exciting time in the company's life and everything feels like a new chapter. While MoveHQ was previously two separate but related companies, a year ago they merged into a single entity under a new parent organization, so this is an exciting time in the life of the organization. Additionally, the company is a few months in on a much-needed agile adoption and opportunities to improve code, processes, and products abound. We're making leaps and bounds as an organization in maturity and are focusing on what's next.

The codebase is very aging at this point and its maintainability and documentation are not great. While we are actively encouraged to improve things and fix past mistakes, not everyone is capable of taking an old codebase and working to actively improve it with every commit, so that's something to keep in mind when evaluating MoveHQ as a potential employer. The culture still has some growing as well, with people tending towards negativity and complaining instead of digging in and making things better / taking ownership.
