I worked with moveplan for a entire month before they decided to go behind my back and speak to an ex employer quickly after this they decided I was not fit for the role because they wanted to do business with my ex employer and team. I was eight months pregnant. They also decided to breach employement agreements and contracts in terms of pay. I have never dealt with such a unprofessional organization and would never recommend working for a company that values business deals over there employees and is a very clicky culture. Poor choice on my end and accept fault for leaving top fortune 500s to think a smaller company would offer more culture wise, not always true and had to learn the hard way!
