No benefits or bonus- even when new business is brought in. No work life balance- the company does not facilitate a social environment. You can go months on end without seeing certain colleagues. Workspace is not provided- you are expected to work in cafes and at home. Both Chairman and CEO are extremely out of touch with the modern work environment. Ironic as the company provides office change management consultancy. They should practice what they preach.
