No work/life balance. No duty of care for staff or their wellbeing. No training, and if you ask for it, you’re a problem. You’re expected to know it all. Unengaged management, No structure, no support, victimisation, overworked staff, expected to work long hours and it is frowned upon if you take a lunch break that you are entitled to, discrimination, communication is terrible, overworked managers who have all the time for clients and not for its own employees, honestly by far the worst company i have ever worked for. I strongly suggest to avoid working here at all costs. I was having nose bleeds and migraines from stress after being thrown into the job and assisting moves on week 4 and my manager proceeded to discuss what pizza toppings she was going to order and didn't ask if i was ok ONCE.
