great work environment, great team work, growing industry, learning everyday

pay does not reflect the economy

Few people that I worked with

Lack of communication. Outdated computers. Bad pay. Micromanaged beyond belief. Nobody knows what’s happening in the company ever from higher ups. Way too stuck in their ways, mostly from owner.
