Stressful to work along side managment. Difficult to express original ideas to managment without contention. Making mistakes is treated as bad as breaking the law. Making one mistake is treated as repeated behavior. Getting cursed out by employer. Not listening or accepting criticism of any kind. Zero free exchange of ideas when asked to from employer. Not feeling appreciated and being undervalued. Unprofessionalism and contradictive statements. Cylcle of love bombing and gaslighting. Employer degrades personal character.
