- Cultural Diversity: Since the team in Movemeback consists of different people from different cultural backgrounds, there were a lot of new perspectives I could gain from the experience. - High Motivation: I found the people in Movemeback to be highly motivated and commited toward their project and work, rather than to earn money. - Flexibility: The flexibility in work hours was what I found the best. There was no predefined working hour or a lunch time. All I needed to do was to complete my task. - Gaining Soft skills: I personally think I gained a lot of soft skills during the internship especially, communication skills from daily meetings, presentation skills and most importantly viewing the organisation from the broader perspective. - More responsibility: Since Movemeback is a small organisation, I could take up the whole project by myself although I was just an intern and this led to great extent of self-improvement especially in terms of hard skills. - Intelligent workforce: Last but not the least, I valued the fact that the people I worked with in Movemeback were very brilliant and educated people. There were a lot for me to learn from the experience.

- Small Team: Although it is attractive to be carry the whole project by yourself, on the other hand, it also means that you have a lot more to learn and do and sometimes people might not be available to help you when you need it.
