In response to the previous reviews, I would like to clarify that everyone is entitled to have their opinions but what you read might not be always true or accurate coming from a disgruntled colleague. There’s always 2 sides to a coin on the way we look at things. Majority who contributed I believe only see the negative part of their job such as the long working hours, no overtime pay and the challengers they face at work, but they fail to see the big picture. There’s a saying “when the going gets tough, the tough gets going.” Management is no doubt tough and strict to their team member but take a step back and you could see they are constantly mentoring us to instil discipline, integrity, imparting knowledge and sharing experience but never to the extent of mental and verbal abuses like what was written previously. Yes, we do work very hard (and play even harder) but at the end of the day, all of us is rewarded well financially. Looking back at my 8 years’ experience with the company, I have been mentored by the best in the industry who is always eager to groom and take us to the next level in our career growth. From being a fresh grad out of university to a reputable subject matter expert in the industry, I will always be thankful to the management who had given me so many opportunities to grow and explore new ways of working. We are all like a family. In good time we enjoy the fruits of our labour and in challenging time, we fight together as a cohesive team putting in extra effort to ensure we deliver our promises to our customers and suppliers.

The only easy day was yesterday. Everyday is filled with challengers, issues to resolve and a very fast-pace working environment. On the bright side, there's never a dull working moment and good opportunites to pickup new knowledge.

Thanks for sharing your positive experience , 8 years is indeed a long time for anyone to stick by a company and i'm really glad you hang around long enough to understand and appreciate our company's culture , work ethics and what we stood for. When i started the business in 2006, i wanted this company to be a place where every staff gets to learn, experience and grow with every opportunity that presents itself. i didn't promise that your time spent here would be smooth sailing or uneventful - i couldn't offer you the monotony that many other companies could & would. As a small , resource-constrained company , we have our fair share of challenges , especially so during our founding years. Every employee that stood by their beliefs & faith has a war to fight - EVERYDAY, ... simply because we are growing and growth comes with pain , struggle & discomfort. As a united force, a Family, i knew we could brace these challenges and uncertainties together , as we confront them and make good these opportunities. Life is a journey and can be unpleasant from time to time, but this is what life is all about :). Acknowledge the ups and down and we will be able to overcome every single pitfall and adversity and emerged victorious. i'm really happy to count you as one of our brave souls and i hope you will continue to bring self motivation, fighting spirit along in our journey together in the years to come. i've no doubt when the downpour is over and done with, you will be rewarded with the rainbow & pot of gold.
