Growing pains after ServiceNow acquisition. Either feast or famine depending on the territory and the NOW counterparts you’re working with. If you like being a specialized seller, this is a great place. If you like running your own cycles it’s not a good fit.

Attainable quota, management that is supportive but once you establish credibility and trust are going to let you do you thing and not micromanage

lack of defined promotion path, very little headcount that opens on the mid-market team (who isn't performing great in the market anyways). Have to play the internal politics game.
