Dynamic environment with many opportunities to learn and grow. No lack of interesting technical challenges. Coworkers and leadership care about your welfare and take the time to help you succeed. Hybrid office (remote + commute) with flexible schedule and plenty of in-person collaboration with colleagues and leadership.

Some growing pains, e.g., noisy office, but moving to a larger space soon. Dog-friendly office but no one ever brings dogs.

The team all works toward the goal of improving patient lives. I enjoy a flexibile schedule, my other team members are always responsive when we are working on a project or I need assistance with a task. Daily meetings occur so we are all able to check-in and update everyone with progress and blockers.

Need to be flexible as some meetings go long at the end of the day, however many of the meetings are productive.
