Fixed time slot, not a bad pay for duties.

Been on the nightshift for several years, requested hour reduction to be able to keep up with the load and the lack of sleep, management never inquired HR for a change(despite saying they would). Treatment was really unfair in comparission to dayshift workers. Working nightshift will lock you out of growth within the company.
