• Strong ego clashes across teams. Some managers contribute little beyond delegating to direct reports, while others without formal authority act arrogantly and give orders as if they had hierarchy.
• Engineering management lacks sufficient technical background to properly lead automation and robotics projects. Several people present themselves as “experts” but show limited real competence.
• Very limited training and onboarding. Workload is excessive, and overtime is often required to fix issues caused by poorly prepared project managers. (PMs do not meaningfully contribute to project success)
• Leadership culture is authoritarian and results-driven only. The CEO and CPMO are perceived as dismissive and disconnected from the actual business operations plus they are arrogant.
• Employee feedback is largely ignored. High turnover: many people have been laid off, left voluntarily, or moved to stronger competitors.
• Low investment in digital work platforms, with weak, redundant, and inefficient processes.
