Nothing, Pathetic company, Pathetic people, and pathetic product

The company is a fraud; the manager never shows their face, and they expect that we sell their products without giving proper instructions. They had not paid any stipend or certificate.

Flexible hybrid work model and initial opportunity provided through college. Basic exposure to sales activities and communication with prospects.

Role was misrepresented as finance but shifted entirely to sales. No proper training or guidance was provided. No leads were given, making performance unrealistic. Constant pressure to meet sales targets with threat of termination. Promised stipend of ₹8,000 was never paid. Internship certificate provided was low quality and not credible. Overall experience felt unprofessional and misleading.
