I also worked at Mpathic for 2 years during the pandemic. I was elated recently to find another opportunity there. I love this company and the fact that they value human interaction, Kindness and above all Empathy. We have a wonderful team that genuinely cares for one another, and we work together as a team to benefit our clients and those who use them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for employment.

Earned vacation days do not roll over; you have to use them that year.

Leadership is literally the definition of empathy here. They truly care (and have the experience) about both employees and clients. It is refreshing to have leadership that provides the example for employees to emulate. This is not a do as I say environment. Management and leadership lead by example.

Remote work can make professional relationships difficult to grow at times. Doing what we can to provide technical solutions and tools to make it feel more personal helps.
