      Vantaggi

      No micromanaging, no cold calling, and most customers are easy to deal with. Regular schedules, fair pay, bonuses, and productive capable amazing coworkers. The Mr.Handyman location I work at absolutely takes care of their employees better than any company I have ever worked for. You can tell they appreciate us. Goals set are not ridiculously unobtainable. You are set up for success.

      Amazing work life balance. Working by yourself, perfect for the divergent people. Company van with gas paid for starting day 1 that you get to take home daily. Penny (owner) is amazing and the best boss.

      Boss fights to have solid employees, no poisonous attitudes, great pay and benefits, office staff is supportive and very good at what they do.

      The only major one is that this is a “road life” job. It’s not for everyone, but it’s what I’ve done for nearly two decades so I am used to it.
