Worst company ever. - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso Mr Rekey

They like to lie to you about everything. From their ads to their company in general. Working there was the worst thing I did to myself. I was brought on thinking I was getting paid equally later finding out they had other agents doing the same job as me starting at $14hr when they only gave me $12.50 for having customer service experience. The manager cares about no one but herself and making an impression to the boss. Despite telling her many times how I felt about being underpaid she did not care only still tried to persuade me that it will get better,but it never did. In the space of 2 months being there 7 people including myself have left under her management and also even the supervisors that are there are not pleased with her and wanted to leave also. They offer no benefits but want to give you more work for less pay. I have 0 regrets leaving this company because they are a sinking ship and will never be able to keep their staff. Please do yourself a favor do not apply. This environment is not fit for anyone to work in.
