Not organize, management rude and nasty to Agents. It’s all for the money. Will charge you 750 dollars to work for her if you don’t work for 90 days. I worked for a month no payment at all. When I expressed that I haven’t got paid on morning the owner started using a condescending tone saying I didn’t complete my work for training but I did with proof on hand. I express I don’t appreciate having to work for free as no one is okay with that. She got very rude and unprofessional calling me “bold behind a computer screen” because I voiced I had a problem with working for so long with no pay. Rightfully so. I proceeded to explain to her the owner I have proof. I could tell she was not reading my messages a just replying to be a nasty and rude. She told me next time just show the proof to her first. Well you should be able to maintain professional no matter the topic man only about payment for work. Then proceeded to send me a “bill” of 798 dollars said I was fired (yes for asking why haven’t I been paid) DUE THAT SAME DAY OR GOES TO COLLECTIONS. And mention I will not be getting paid for the time I aerobics either. It’s a huge middle man scam guys don’t waste you time or breath. YOU DONT NEED THEM TO WORK ON THE ARISE PLATFORM. Just a money/ free labor grab beware!
