The firm has a toxic office environment. Management is unorganized and does not treat employees well at all. They do not recognize their employees for all the hard work they do. It is a very high stress environment, even for a public accounting firm. Supervisors and managers are not very receptive to questions and it's almost frowned upon, which makes for a rough learning environment.
