Large enough firm it has a lot of resources and challenging work, but still small enough where you have direct contact with ownership. Technology allows you to work from home if needed. They are flexible on when you work, I can still make it to all my kids games and activities.

There is quite a bit of overtime during tax season, but that is par with the career. They are flexible on how you get the work done though.
