Everyone is super duper friendly and really helpful if you need help I feel like Management actually cares about getting me to where I want in my career - they're hands on in a good way It's easy to buy in and drink the koolaid when everyone is so thrilled about making the company successful Great training

Long hours, always something else that needs to be done Hard to "come up for air" at times Company culture creates sense of obligation that I should stay and work late Not dog friendly Too many meetings, which is made worse by the fact that people never get out of conference rooms in time

If you have great Core AEs, you get to do the fun part of sales which is selling. The product is good and we are constantly evolving our product. Salesforce install base and name recognition helps get you a lot of at bats.

SMB culture can be draining. There is less emphasis on being a strategic product expert and more on volume based selling. This may be where the business needs to go, but logging every minute of your day, being a great co prime, and functioning as a BDR is tough. There are also a lot of stellar performers and others on the exact same team who may have closed nothing.
