Employees are screamed upon because CEO of the company is hyper person and extremely short-tempered. This makes the work environment toxic. Once the company finds a replacement for you who is taking lesser salary, they will fire you but not directly. They will give 3 show-cause notices one by one so that upon termination they don't have to pay 3 months salary. At-least, 25% of the employees receive warning letters so that they can be immediately replaced. Many people fled away without resigning and company put a ban on them. This may close the doors of UAE forever for the employee.
