No structured onboarding or proper knowledge transfer. Management lacks clarity, consistency, and long-term vision. Frequent blame culture instead of problem-solving. Employees are expected to handle unrealistic workloads without adequate support. Promotions and recognition appear inconsistent and non-transparent. Limited learning exposure; repetitive and stagnant work. Poor communication between leadership and teams. Feedback is rarely constructive and often reactive. Overall morale is very low, and attrition seems high.
