The only okay thing was the salary wasn't awful, and it was fairly normal hours. Also you didn't usually work with the general public.

Staff are treated poorly, micromanaged within an inch of their life. Very two-faced management team, who will say anything you want to hear to stop you complaining, but then never actually do anything good.

Most staff very enjoyable to work with. Good spirit of camaraderie among workers. Lax rules about uniform or appearance.

Mediocre wages. Constant fire-fighting and lack of preventative foresight. Very unrealistic expectations constantly from upper management. Most staff under appreciated and taken for granted. Every single staff member has ended up taking on various tasks which have nothing to do with them and they won't get paid any more for it. Extremely stressful environment in every area.
