Like many growing firms with multiple locations and a strong leadership presence, there are some natural growing pains. The main challenge I’ve noticed is a need for stronger cohesion and alignment among leaders across the various studios. As the company continues to scale, more consistent communication and collaboration at the leadership level would go a long way in creating even greater clarity and unity across the organization.
