Poor management and leadership with lots of false promises and dangling of a carrot with career progression, but the management doesn't listen to the employees and thinks it is a personal attack on them, which shows how insecure and threatened they feel by their workers. Unless you agree to everything that a manager says you end up being used as the person to blame as they WILL NOT HOLD THEMSELVES ACCOUNTABLE for anything.
