      Good team, but no obvious vision.

      All of a sudden they tell people to return to office and the whole company/teams strategies and ways of working changes. And later we find out they are doing this because they are downsizing.

      - great training and development / high standards - sellers can earn high 6 figures. There are multiple 7 figure earners at the top - executive team and leadership has a history of winning big - the people are highly skilled and talented, growth mindsets everywhere

      - not really a con for me but it’s a competitive environment (everyone is eager to prove) - if you’re not ready to excel and work hard you could fall short of teammates who are
