As a foreign person to them they have been doing a real good job in translating everything and helping me fit in. Although, a lot of the internal processes are still in Chinese - they're a Chinese company. I'm not the only "local" employees there so we're all in this together haha. Marketing materials are in 4 different languages though, so those I can easily read and send them to our customers.
