We are fully committed to flexible, hybrid working - we ask people to come in a couple a days a week because we think that there are benefits in the form of learning, creativity, friendship and fun but we've always tried to be flexible when it comes to individual circumstances/working around family or caring responsibilities. I'm sorry you weren't keen on our culture deck; we try to be as straightforward and honest as we can and we're often told that it provides useful insight but we appreciate we aren’t the right fit for everyone.
