The working atmosphere at Munckhof is very familial. People are eager to help each other out and walk that extra mile if necessary. The company has grown immensely in the last few years, but the management seems to be able to manage the expansion properly.

There aren't a lot of options for promotion. Many of the managers are quite young, 30-40 years old, so it will be very difficult to get promoted to a manager position. Because the business is very familial, at times it could feel a bit unprofessional. This has to do with their history, as they started out as a small family business. If you are looking for corporate culture, you won't find it here. Bureaucracy is on the rise since the company has grown.
