Thank you for your time to share your feedback of growing company like Mundrisoft. Yes with growth we see challenges and opportunities to improve. We can't be perfect with challenging time like COVID, but try our best to be open for feedback and improve wherever feasible. On technology stack - yes we have few legacy projects as well, we are proud partner of our customer to support them on legacy technology and help them in modernizing with the latest technology stack. Call on teams - with distributed teams and some urgent agenda, adhoc calls are made and we try to be more sensitive and well planned. Leave Policies - we have a standard policy. But yes taking this feedback in positive way, we will check the Industry standard policies and explore if there is scope of improvement. On timings - we seek feedback from team members time to time on their comfort. Yes many times, as a need of project we have to go beyond the regular time to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery.
